No one working in a casino can solicit or accept tipping, gratuity, considerations, or any other benefit from players or customers.
– Casino employees cannot give players advice on how they should play, except to enforce these rules.
– A player cannot ask a spectator to influence or offer advice on a player’s play.
Side batches between players or spectators are forbidden Ezwin.
– Any seated player who fails to place any wagers for at least three rounds consecutively, even if all other seats at the table have been used, could be required to get up and leave.
– A casino operator may reserve up to 1 or 2 gaming tables from time.
(a. The private use or exploitation of an individual or group;
(b.) The purpose and scope of a promotion or tournament.
– When a table has been reserved, a sign that it is a private table shall be placed on it. The table shall not then be made available to the general public for gaming.
The casino operator may close a game table that has players present. He or she must provide a sign notifying them of the time. This rule is applicable only during the hours the casino can operate.
– The minimum and maximum wager limits shall be set by the casino operator at each gaming table.
A table sign shall display the minimum and maximum allowed wagers. You are not allowed to wager more than the minimum limit unless it is stated on the table.
Unless:
(a. A sign indicating the new or proposed limit(s) has been displayed at the tables for at minimum 20 minutes preceding the time of change;
(b ) All players agree to the changes; or
(c-) The table has been opened for gaming the first time during a gaming day.
(d). No gaming activity takes place at the tables.
– The casino operator can allow a player who wagers more than the maximum allowed table wager limit to play, provided that a sign that shows the minimum or maximum wager limits for that player is posted in the appropriate area.
-No wager shall or be accepted in connection to any of the following:
(a.) The wagering is not allowed by the rules.
(b) The wager doesn’t comply with wager limits and the sign indicated in accordance with the rules above.
c. Partnership among players in an effort to exceed any maximum wager limit.
(d). The wager violates any specific wager level applicable to the player who made the wager, as set out by the rules.
All wagers placed with casino operators must be paid, taken, and disposed by them in accordance with the applicable rules. The rules govern the entitlement of a player to winnings. This applies regardless of any overpayment by a casino operator.
– The casino operator must ensure that all winning batches are paid in cash, unless any rules or approved procedures permit payment by another method.
– Winnings may be paid by any other method than chips.
Players are responsible in claiming and collecting wagers, winnings, and other responsibilities.
